Terms and Conditions – WoFeel London

1. Company Details

WoFeel London is a fashion retailer incorporated under Dutch law with registration number 75183773 and registered office at Leidsestraat 69L, Amsterdam, Noord-Holland, 1017 NX, Netherlands. We serve customers worldwide.

2. Products and Descriptions

We take all reasonable steps to ensure that the descriptions, images, and specifications of products listed on our website are accurate, truthful, and up to date. All textile products are labelled in accordance with the Textile Products (Labelling and Fibre Composition) Regulations 2012, and our supply chain is subject to ongoing quality controls. All product images represent the actual items sold. Descriptions accurately reflect the size, colour, composition, and function of the goods. Any product described as being made of a specific material is correctly labelled under applicable UK legislation.


3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are stated in GBP (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. Prices may change without prior notice but will not affect confirmed orders.

Payment must be made in full at purchase. We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods shown on our website.


4. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 3 business days of confirmation. Delivery times vary based on your location and shipping option selected at checkout.

Shipping costs are shown clearly at checkout. For returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, in which case WoFeel London covers return postage, provided returns are initiated according to our policy (see Section 6).


5. Cancellations

Under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, customers in the UK or EU have the right to cancel orders within 14 days of receiving goods without reason.

To cancel, notify us at info@wofeellondon.com within 14 days. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items will receive prepaid return labels; other returns require customer-arranged postage. Refunds are issued once goods are returned in acceptable condition (see Section 6).

You will also receive a cancellation notice for every order as required by law.


6. Returns and Refunds

WoFeel London offers a 30-day return policy beyond the legal minimum. Items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund subject to conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition (unless faulty or damaged).

  • Original packaging should be included where possible.

Return Process:

  • Contact us at info@wofeellondon.com within 30 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and reason for return.

  • For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we’ll provide a prepaid return label. For others, return postage is at your cost with instructions provided.

  • Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items:
None. All WoFeel London items, including personal care products, gift cards, and sale items, are eligible for return if conditions are met.

Items returned damaged, used, or outside the return period may be refused or receive partial refunds.

Refund Process:
Once returns are inspected, we’ll email confirmation and refund your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Banks/card issuers may take additional time.


7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged, faulty, or incorrect goods, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Contact us ASAP at info@wofeellondon.com (ideally within 7 days of delivery). We will arrange return shipping and cover all costs.


8. Legal Compliance

WoFeel London complies with all applicable UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and Textile Products Labelling Regulations 2012.

Nothing here affects your statutory rights.


9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses from using our website or products, except where the law says otherwise.


10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.


11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website. Please review regularly.
