Refund & Return Policy – WoFeel London

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
  • In unused, unworn and the same condition you received them.
  • Include the original packaging, tags and any accessories.

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Personalised or custom-made products

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at info@wofeellondon.com with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Optional: Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

Once your return is approved, we will send you return instructions and the address. Do not ship returns without prior approval — unapproved returns may not be processed.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
  • For your protection, we recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping proof of postage.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method and may take 3–7 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days of approval:

  1. Check your bank or card statement again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank — it may take additional time to post the refund.
  3. If you still have not received it, contact us at info@wofeellondon.com and we will investigate.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, contact us first. We will provide instructions for returning the original item and dispatching the replacement once the return is received and approved.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please email info@wofeellondon.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
