Customer Responsibility for Returns

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.

There are no hidden fees, restocking charges, or deductions from your refund for returnable items.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return:

  • Email us at info@wofeellondon.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Include your order number and a brief note explaining your return request.

  • For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we’ll provide a prepaid return label. For all other returns, we’ll give clear instructions on arranging return postage at your cost.

  • Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a full refund:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition (unless they arrived damaged or faulty).

  • Original packaging should be included where possible.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. You’re entitled to a full refund or replacement, including all postage and delivery costs, in line with UK and US consumer protection laws.

Non-Returnable Items

None. All items sold by WoFeel London are eligible for return and refund, provided they meet the conditions in this policy. This includes personal care products, gift cards, and sale items, in accordance with UK consumer protection law.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm via email and issue a full refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Please note: Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process the refund.
