Once your return is approved, we will send you return instructions and the address. Do not ship returns without prior approval — unapproved returns may not be processed.
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method and may take 3–7 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please email wofeellondon@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
